HELEN HOPE KIMBROUGH is the Principal of Spero Hawk, a Charlotte-based coaching and consulting agency. With over 20 years of experience spanning consulting, nonprofit leadership, social impact, and collaborative partnerships, she leads with purpose—fostering trust, inclusive engagement, and strategic impact.

Helen serves on the boards of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation and ParentChild+, is the author of four multicultural children’s books, and co-hosts the “Behind The Throne” podcast. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hampton University and certifications in Systems Thinking (Cornell University) and DEI (University of South Florida). Inspired by Dr. King’s belief in service with a guiding quote, "Everybody can be great because anybody can serve", Helen is committed to driving meaningful transformation.
